bloody high schoolers

So today I was on the bus and overheard this conversation between two high school boys:

"One time we were pressing the button every stop and the bus stopped at every stop and no one got off. And this lady got so fed up she stopped at the next stop and tried to kick us all off the bus and we're all like fuck you man. But then this fob, some thirty year old man jumped up and went off at us about how he needs to get to work and shit, so we were like alright and got off. Then me and my friends ran through this street to the next bus stop 300m up but the lady saw us and didn't stop but she needed to let someone off so she stopped further down the road. In the end only one of us made it on the bus. What a bitch man."

Seriously really wanted to turn around at that point and say, "If you pulled this trick this morning, you'd have been kicked off the bus too." And, "If you're going to be a fucking retard, be prepared to be treated like one."

What do they teach at schools these days?? You let the little old ladies and the mother with her pram onto the bus first, you don't swarm onto the bus and take up all the seats. You stand up when there are no free seats on the trains, not take up six seaters and continue talking loudly. And speaking of speaking loudly, if you have a bloody iPhone and you want to listen to music, USE FUCKING EARPHONES. And I do NOT want to hear about your discussions of periods, virgins and balls...and these were girls too =___=

This rant is making me feel really old.

urg. public transport. which is why i drive. =D yeah if someone did that on a bus, i'd go off on them too. damn that's annoying.

Since I got back to Japan, I've come across two different people who were sitting there, watching TV on their phones WITHOUT HEADPHONES.

Those kids are just... idiot. I can't even. You're not old; it's just that when you've matured, you realize a lot quicker how dumb some of these kids are being.

This is part of why I detest adolescence. Although, to be fair, it's got to do more with being an asshat than a teenager, but the latter only makes the former worse.

Everyone here does the "I'm blasting this new sick beat on my mobile so you can listen to it too and be annoyed at my very existence, isn't that cool?" thing, not just kids. I will never understand that.

Oh of course, misbehaviour is not defining of teenagers as a whole. But the hopeful difference between them and the adult version is that it's not too late to teach them.

I was disgusted with teenage bus antics even when I was a teenager, perhaps because I was on the receiving end of so much spitball- and my-bag-paid-for-a-seat-too -related crap. That bullshit takes the cake, though. Ugh. Kudos to the driver for kicking their asses off.

Well here schoolkids get free travel to and from schools, with the proviso that paying passengers get priority seating. In our day and school, we all stood up when there aren't enough seating on public transport. These days you'd see schoolkids sitting unfazed in bloody disabled seats when old tottering ladies get on the bus and it just pisses me off no end DDD=
