3) Mangafox has most of the newest English scans. If it's not there I don't know where you can get it. Please support the author by buying licensed releases where possible.
4) PSP = Primary School Principal. MSP = middle school/junior high, HSP = high school/senior high etc.

- Yuka cradles baby Mikan and marvels at her being her and sensei's child.
- Real Mikan is moved to tears. Natsume calls out her name, but just as she begins to speak, he starts coughing madly. He takes out a necklace and Tsubasa recognises it as the healing Alice stone that he's used before.
- Cuts back to flashback: Kaoru asks Yuka what she's doing, and I think Yuka says she's going to take Mikan's Alice, but wavers when she sees Mikan and thinks about what she did to Narumi. Kaoru says that because of their Alice and because of living in Alice Gakuen they've been through a lot of hard times and understands why Yuka wouldn't want to put Mikan through it. But, she points out, there must be a reason why they're born with the Alice. She says there's no excuse to try and escape from that fate, because possessing the Alice also brought them a lot of good experiences, such as being able to meet each other. She says that instead of forcing "a safer path" on the child, they should - because they love their child - let them choose their own paths and support them. Yukan gives in.
- After Kaoru listened to Yuka's story, she introduces her husband, and it is the kid that Kaoru was with when Yuka first met XDDD He was blonde in that picture LOL.
- Yuka looks at Kaoru's business card, which says she's a freelance journalist, and that her residence has no fixed address. Kaoru says that she's also on the wanted list by the school. She says that ever since leaving the school, she's gone around to different places investigating PSP's clones, and trying to inform the world. Helping her was HSP and Yukihira, and she wonders if what happened to Yukihira was partially because of that. She says even though she's working really hard to make true her dedication, day by day her body is failing(?), especially under increasing pressure from PSP.
- Yuka asks her where PSP's clones are, and says that she wants to inherit Yukihira's goals. She wants to, for the first time, use her Theft Alice as according to her own wishes. She says she can go find PSP's clones and destroy his Alices one by one.
- Jump forward: the three of them + Mikan are on the run. Noda says that with growing time, Yuka is more and more worried about the strain it's causing for Kaoru, who now has a big tummy. Kaoru tells her not to worry because it's not her fault and even the doctor said the baby's fine.
- Yuka takes a stone off her necklace and gives it to Kaoru. She tells her it's a healing Alice stone she got from one of the younger kids at the academy - which Mikan et co realises to be Subaru's. She says she's not sure how compatible it is but she wants Kaoru to take it because she needs it more. Tsubasa links the stone with what Natsume's been using.
- Kaoru's memory(?) tells a doctor not to tell her husband or Yuka...then the other voice says, "But to have a child with your physical condition...!"
- Kaoru starts coughing and Yuka gets worried, searching for Natsume's dad, but finds he's gone off to chase away searchers. Yuka apologises for involving Kaoru and says that she should have noticed earlier...that Kaoru's Alice was the life-shortening type, but she was forced to use it so much recently. Yuka tells Kaoru and her husband that she'll be fine with Mikan, and thanks them for everything. She teleports away as Kaoru calls after her. Yuka wishes for them to be well and says that she doesn't want to lose someone else important.
- In a city somewhere, Shiki is looking all space age wearing his shades XDDD
- Natsume stares at the stone and remembers Kaoru passing it down to him, "Na~~tsume, want something good? Here, isn't it pretty? It's from someone very important to mummy." (And yes...here Natsume is kneeling and says muu~~ while Kaoru holds Aoi in her arms). As she watches him fumble cutely with the chain, she tells him that the stone will protect him in her place, so that later on, when he grows older and stronger, he can take her place and her share of protecting his dad and his sister. She tears up and says, "Sorry, Natsume..." Seriously...I got teary in this bit, for the first time in many chapters *sniff*
- Mikan turns to look at Natsume, the words "life-shortening Alice" and "realising it sooner" in her head. She asks Natsume if he's the same, and remembers all the relevant details - of Iinchou telling them that Natsume's body feels worn out, of him always being in hospital and being alone.
- Natsume pulls Mikan towards him so that she leans against him and says, "Ba~ka, I told you didn't I, that I'm not going anywhere."
Comments: as far as I saw this issue does not confirm Natsume as older than Mikan. Unless I missed it somewhere (very likely), when Kaoru and Yuka were on the run, Yuka was holding Mikan but they weren't carrying Natsume. The bit where Kaoru passed the necklace onto Natsume could have happened at any time after their parting.

hmmmmm maybe natsume was left with someone-since at that time Kaoru was traveling around (hence no fixed address) and it is kinda hard to do so with a child around...
