I'm sitting here franctically typing simply because if I close my eyes I'll fall asleep and I can't do that until we get back to our hotel room...

A few days ago I had a dream where I was in a world kind of like 18th century Orient. I was in a village of some sort. People learned magic and how to fight and all sorts of cool stuff that only happens in fiction.

Then one day, after doing something so important that I forgot what it was, I realised I suddenly had a round blue stone, smooth and cool and the size of a marble. It was a deep (but not navy) blue, hanging on a dark brown leather string.

But, the house I walked into, which was probably my house (??) had a guy, and if he held it between his fingers, it turned paler and paler towards a bright sky-coloured blue. If both of us held it together, the part nearest his fingers turned pale, and the part nearest my fingers turned dark, and faint lines of details showed up. After holding it like that for a certain time, you could put your eye close to it and see inside, and it was like one of those magnifier slideshows thingies. There was a village inside the stone, and people moved and reacted if you tried hard enough to approach them.

I want one for my birthday.................
