kiniro no corda makes me cry ;__;
11 Oct 2006 03:10 amAfter months of listening to beginners playing their crispy Made-in-China trumpets, eliciting blares that has the tonal quality of a serenading goat - that also happens to be tone deaf and suffering from pneumonia - Hihara Kazuki's trumpet Gavotte made tears spring to my eyes.
It's so beautiful, damn it T___T
And the grace notes (or whatever) are done so beautifully too, damn it T___T
He managed to make such a simple piece sound so pretty T__T
Am also really impressed because they actually cast two different violinists for the two different violin-playing-roles. And the two different renditions of Ave Maria actually sounded different (even though the song and speed was exactly the same)! Was shocked!
...Maybe it was just my imagination ==;;; But I like the girl's version better.
The anime moves so slow though ==;;;; But even more disturbingly, it's moving faster than the manga ==;;;;;;
