Am procrastinating on my type I diabetes poster abstract, so I present to you another dream (produced this morning):
...Actually, I can't remember much of it *gets stomped into the dust*
All I remember was that at the beginning it was just this one guy...the only thing I remember about him was that he was blonde, har har. Anyway, he was running along this road in a really rural-like setting. It kind of had a rather quest/RPG-like feel to it, because he needed to go through all these "towns" and "pick up certain stuff" >__>;;
The mountains looked really cool, by the way. And there were eucalypt trees lining the downbeaten road (there are always gum trees along the road). It was sunny when he ran, but as he got towards town, it got cloudier and cloudier. After he picked "the certain thing" up from town, he ran back the way he came (he must be the most energetic of all my dream persons...he's the only. person. ever. not to be tired after all that damn jogging).
And it started pouring. And he kept running. And then it got weird.
There was this blind girl on the road, and it might have been me or might not have been ~~; But someone was holding her hand. She was saying something along the lines of, "I'm glad you're here to hold my hand. I don't think you're a bad person, but you know, I still can't tell from your voice if you're one person or two."
>_________>;;;;;;;;
And then it got even more disturbing.
It turned out that the forest was "haunted" by all these...okay, anatomical things. Like. Body parts. They had their own will, and together they can form a whole person, but they're separate. It's like, pieces of detached legs and arms and hands, each having the ability to sense things around them, and each being really destructive in their own right.
The girl tried to pull her hand away, except the detached hands just gripped tighter. And the guy, who was running on the road from the town in the rain (==;;;;) swept her up and kept running, with the detached hand getting all freakily angry at being kicked behind.
...And the next bit involved a lot of running by the guy, who just doesn't get tired >___>;;;; (You can tell I'm deeply perturbed by that.)
All these detached body parts came out of the forest and chased the guy @___@;;; Eventually he went into this...building, for lack of a better word. He had a few companions in a room, where they set up this magic shield. There were these tiny bugs that kept buzzing on the shield and depleting the magic. Then the body parts came and destroyed the shield...............
Following that there was a lot of suspense and...stuff. The girl stepped forward and didn't even do anything when suddenly the body parts left and one said that "we've" passed, and can go back to the road now.
Huh.
Did anyone watch the skies today?
I got really disturbed because (got dragged to Ashfield's cultural festival - don't ask) when we got to the park, it was scorchingly sunny, and within an hour the clouds blew over.
It was the same brown-tinted clouds and the dusty dimness in my dream ~___~;;;
At least there's no detached body parts and blonde guy running ==;;;;
(And the detached body parts weren't even...plastic-looking. They looked like the specimens from the anatomy labs, with free-hanging ligaments and stringy muscle and flayed skin. Argh. I'd hate to live in my dream world.)
