The trailer's not loading for me.
But fandom being what fandom is, and rabid fanboys being rabid but highly technologically savvy fanboys, here are........ screencaps, WMV stream, alternate stream and Youtube.
This is the preview to the successor of the CE (GS) universe: Gundam 00. Set in AD2307 (so in the real world now?) and involving 4 Gundam "meisters" who are in an underground faction to end war.
Before someone, like me, rejoices with a "Oh! They're going to have a girl as a major character!" just keep in mind Athrun and Nicol and Yzak =___=;;;;;;;;;
The main character (well I'm going to assume the shrimpiest guy is the main character) looks like a misfortunate mixture of Heero and Shinn, which must be a misfortunate thing.
I really shouldn't be saying this based on 2 seconds of animation - but for some reason the rest of the four characters have the look of death in them. Meaning they look like they'll get dissolved in a puddle of blood as soon as they can be replaced.
I shall refrain from pointing out how ridiculous the name sounds. It's even marked out on the official site that it's pronounced "Double O"...........................Seven.
Any takers that the biggest ossan in the series is going to be voiced by Koyasu Takehito (Mwu) again? XDDD
The tag at the end is "Through destruction, rebirth begins" which sounds again, like a mishmash of Heero's ideology and Shinn's.
Which must be a very misfortunate thing.
