whee~~~ stuff to watch!

Black Cat will apparently be replaced by another anime on the 2nd week of April. This means it will either finish on 30th March or 6th April, putting it at 23 or 24 episodes (I'm guessing 24 - same as X/1999).

Ouran Koukou Host Club is scheduled for 4th April. The voice actor for Suou Tamaki (yes, the idiotic one, no no, the one who's the BIGGEST idiot) also did Zero's voice in Vampire Knight. I think they mean drama CD. More interestingly is: Shinn (GSDestiny) will be doing one of the twins; Lunamaria (GSDestiny) will be doing the main character Haruhi and Momiji (Fruits Basket!!) will be doing Honey-senpai~ She always ends up with bunny-related cutesy sugar-loving characters XDDD

CLAMP's XXXholic TV anime is also scheduled to begin 6th April. The movie looked interesting! This anime has already been licensed (yes, even before it started screening).

A random anime for a manga which I've never seen before but is published in LALA (home of stuff like Vampire Knight, VB Rose, etc) called Jyu Ou Sei is scheduled for 13th April, with Doumoto Koichi as the voice for the main character Tooru, as well as doing the opening theme.

Meine Liebe (the one for which Yuki Kaori did the character designs) has entered its second season. God knows.

(So has Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, but at least CLAMP has a fanbase that through experience sucks up any sort of bullcrap served up by these ladies.)



In other news, it's the second day of uni and I nearly slept through all of my lectures. Blame the 8am start this morning and the 8pm finish last night (for St Johns).


Edit: Just dug up an old X/1999 song: Suzumura Kenichi's (Shinn Asuka in GSD, Shirou Kamui in X) Kesshou and Yakusoku. I think Kesshou's by him...for the longest time I thought it was Takki's song...anyway, I digress. He has a reeeeaaaaallllllllly beautiful singing voice *_________* He has a really beautiful speaking voice too if he's not Shinn ==; He sometimes have trouble staying in tune, but most of the time he does and he sounds really really really niiiiiiiiiiice.....great, listening to Yakusoku is reminding me of X and now I'm gonna go find a tissue somewhere (even though I never watched past the first episode of the anime)....And the Shinn song is hilarious XDDD Suzumura misses about half the notes on fast songs XDDD

On the other hand, listening to Hoshi Souichirou (Kira in GSD, Oujirou in Angelic Layer, Goku in Saiyuki) singing is aural hell. Even I, as a Kira and Oojirou fan, could not sit through the two character's songs without bolting for cover somewhere out of audible range. (Okay...the Kira song is admittedly much better than Oujirou's song...which had no tune...........)

Never heard Ishida Akira (Athrun/Hakkai/Narumi/and many more...) sing ==; Wonder why.

My list of anime that had the best music (in my opinion, which is never really reliable and is subject to change without notice), in no particular order:
X TV anime (the background music was beautiful)
Gravitation anime (this is the anime that made me stop disliking J-rock)
Gundam Seed (big budget)
Gundam Seed Destiny (ditto)
Inuyasha (ditto)

Yup~ Changed from biochem to microbio, but still clashes, can't be bothered caring any more.

Hmm, it's not too bad. Every second Thursday I only have one hour of lecture ==;;; I have all Fridays off!!! Tuesday I go from 8-12, unless I do advanced micro, which might be possible.

Monday's the awful day when I go from 9-5, and then go to the meeting at night.

Hmmm... I would include Vision of Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, and FLCL to your music list and stick them near the top, XD. Plus Prince of Tennis, but that's mostly for the crack-factor. Evangelion and Karekano have nice soundtracks, too. End of Eva was particularly good, though Komm, Susser Todd was slightly out of place...

The X album with character songs was BEAUTIFUL. I remember adoring Yuzuriha and Subaru's themes. Awesome. I don't think they were used in the anime, though. Sadness. But I WORSHIP the string version of Ex Dream.

Haven't watched that many anime ^^;; I think the background music for Fruits Basket and Yakitate have a lot of potential, even if they're not such good songs by themselves (but really great mood-setters).

Argh, I worship any of the instrumental versions of the X songs *___* I used to really love Sadame as well.

Hmmm, yeah. The songs by RYTHEM for Yaki are very relaxing, as are the Furuba songs, but their soundtracks as a whole can be a bit dull.

...You mean you HAVEN'T seen Escaflowne or Bebop or FLCL or Eva or Karekano? O_O. That's...rare.
