Photoshop crashed by itself for the first time today O__o;;

Usually it freezes or the cursor disappears, but it actually gave me a "the program Photoshop died" message, accompanied by a message informing me some strange C++ script has crashed simultaneously.... Is this supposed to happen? @___@;;;

Is it because I'm running low on memory because I insist on having one layer for every object? O__o;;;



Anyway, in case anyone actually wanted to know, which I'm sure you don't because you're all in Asia trying to contract bird flu or stuck in a microbiology lab somewhere trying to contract tetanus (or in some other place trying to contract various forms of cerebral dysfunction, possibly concurrently), I'm working on a picture that will either turn out nicely or will just...be...a waste of time.

It'll take me at least another 5 days to finish =___=;

My Photoshop does weird things too. Last time, the color palette started edging off the screen, and it was too late before I realized that the title bar had edged off so I couldn't drag it back down. Now it's COMPLETELY disappeared. I'd click on the eyedrop/color choice tool and the window won't show up BUT I can't click anywhere, which means the window IS up. Just invisible. >.< Weird, huh?

Version 7. And I have no idea why. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still invisible and I'm not reformatting just for THAT >.<.
