It's the lyrics to a Chinese song for a Chinese soap and it pretty much stole the melody off a Jap singer (Hirai Ken).

Erm...actually, in this instance, the "hitomi" is the name of the song "Hitomi no tojite" (close your eyes...or something like that). Hitomi is apparently like the "pretty" way of saying "eyes".

Though Hitomi is also a name ^^;
