mayoraaseiOkay, I'm actually watching it as I write. So far, the episode has provided a number of interesting revelations.
It starts off with Dullindal ordering the squads to find out where Lacus Clyne is hiding, and suggesting to them that this Lacus is a fake one possibly created by the Earth Alliance to cause confusion for PLANT. He then thinks to himself that at least it was good that Lacus and Kira are now separated. Mia (fake Lacus) is still busy looking angry at Lacus's appearance. This pretty much confirmed the speculations that Dullindal was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Mia has either had fame get to her head or she was in on Dullindal's plans all along. Meanwhile, Lacus and Andy have abandoned the shuttle they hijacked for Eternal (Lacus' ship at the end of SEED).
Jibril is busy berating Neo for his slowness in bringing the "plans into existence". There is a screenshot of the plans for Destroy Gundam, so there goes another speculation confirmed. Jibril also says an intriguing line at the end of the meeting about how their plans were the only reason for "your" (here, referring to Phantom Pain - ie. Neo and the 3 Extended pilots chiefly) existence. This doesn't really do much but add to speculations that Neo is either Mwu-resurrect or Mwu-clone.
Lunamaria produces her spied materials for Talia, and it is revealed that Talia did send Lunamaria to spy on Athrun, and it wasn't a stalker-fest as most fans thought it was. This probably just goes to show how clever Talia is in choosing someone who had another trivial motive for wanting to spy on Athrun; if Lunamaria was discovered, they would be as fooled as the fans were into thinking that she was just doing it for personal reasons. Talia seems fairly normal up until the point she commands Lunamaria to "forget about all the details you collected". Considering earlier her bedroom scene with Dullindal, it is possible that she knows and supports his motives. I'm kinda icky about their relationship. Is she captain-ing Minerva because she slept with the chairman? *Shudders*
What's interesting is as Talia examines the material after Lunamaria left, it cuts to Dullindal looking broodingly at his computer screen - and guess what's on it? The plans for Destroy Gundam. (*Note, this is probably a spoiler, but Destroy is actually a new Earth Alliance model) Why is he looking at it? Does he have a relationship with Blue Cosmos? Or is there someone like Rau again, passing information from one side to the other to prolong the warfare?
Shinn visits Stellar and she is now delirious, repeating the words Neo, Shinn, protect and scared. The doctor says that he can't do anything for her because she appears to need an unknown type of drug.
Neo starts planning an ambush on Minerva with the Orb forces. While Tokada (the captain who is really nice to Archangel ^-^) questions the reliability of their information, Yuna more or less silences him. After a few words of "encouragement" (ie. flattering) from Neo, Yuna promises that Orb will definitely carry out the plan.
Kira brings Miriallia to AA and she resumes her role as communication officer. They find out that Minerva is not actually doing what the Orb forces are expecting them to do. On Minerva, Athrun is suffering a loss of appetite and Shinn's stressing out about Stellar. Minerva and Orb fleet run across each other and goes into battle mode. As Auel (one of the 3 Extended pilots along with Stellar) goes into his Gundam, he complains about the "something important" that he can't seem to remember.
Neo says to himself that this will be for Stellar and promises to sink Minerva (ironic, since Stellar is on Minerava) but it just shows that he's a sweet guy after all ^-^ The launch music changed a little, which is nice. There's a string component in the beginning.
Anyhow, Kira decides to go and jump into the battlefield, whatever Athrun says (poor Athrun). Cagalli is getting a terrible habit of looking at everyone with big, teary eyes. It ends with AA coming out of the water, and Kira and Cagalli launching.
If I were a guy, people out of my girl friends I would have liked to marry are: Jenny, Carmen, Yang-Yang and Serena. Not all together, of course =P Wouldn't have minded Irene, but I think she would have minded me XD Her standards are too high. I don't mind Grace (Ng) or Jin either, but they won't understand my hobbies...as much ^^; But yeah, the first four people make me the most comfortable when I'm around them =^.^= and I think I am the better part of myself when with them, if that makes any sense.
