One of my greatest regrets about my first visit to NY is not paying more attention to WTC =( I can't remember exactly which year we went...probably 2001 July (I remember it was the holidays and it was summer over there). When September 11 happened, it took me a while to realise: hey, I walked through that place a lot...but I've never seen it above ground because I've only used the subways... >_>;

That's why this time I was adamant to go to the Empire State Building (tallest building remaining in NY) and take photos from there LOL.
