"there's only one that goes upstairs" ... LOL, deja vu, we had that same problem at LAX too when we were catching a connecting flight to Miami/Orlando!!!. The stupid single up-going escalator! And have you noticed, the exit signs are red as opposed to green?? (So instead of: "Welcome, please enjoy your stay", it's "Hey you! Keep out! Otherwise, don't ever say I didn't warn you of all the bad things that will befall you, oh misfortunate one!" -_-)

As to the security checks... Pfft! They say the computer RANDOMLY picks people out to do checks on, so tell me, how "RANDOM" is it when each time we entered and exited LA our ENTIRE family got selected to be security checked!!! Going through customs is such a pain in the arse!
